Lester Lewis, Prolific Comedy Writer

Lewis, whose career began in the 1990s, wrote for such shows as The PJs, The Larry Sanders Show, Caroline and the City and The Office.

Lester Lewis, a television writer and producer known for his work on several hit comedy series, died March 19, 2013. He was 46.

Lewis, who had recently completed Madison High, a musical series for Disney, began his career as a writer in the early 1990s with shows like The Larry Sanders Show, Caroline and the City and The PJs and .

His other credits included Four Kings, The Office, Jonas, Baby Daddy and Partners.
