Deborah McNulty, Primetime Emmy-Winning Makeup Artist

McNulty won her Emmy in 2005 for the HBO drama Deadwood.

Deborah McNulty, a makeup artist who won a Primetime Emmy in 2005 for her work on the HBO series Deadwood, died November 6, 2011, in Los Angeles. She was 56.

In addition to Deadwood and the made-for-television movie The Secretary, McNulty worked on numerous feature films, including Another Nine & a Half Weeks, The Mighty, Stanley’s Gig and Whipped. Her last feature credit was the 2007 release Man in the Chair, starring Christopher Plummer.

She is survived by her mother, a brother and two daughters.
